If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can send it back to us for an exchange, store credit or refund.
Returns must be postmarked within 10 days of the original shipping date and should be sent prepaid. We will not accept CODs.
For internet returns made between 15 and 30 days of shipping order date, a store credit will be issued for the current value of the item upon receipt. Returns made beyond 30 days will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.

All merchandise returned must be in perfect unworn, unwashed, condition. Price tags must be intact. Return paperwork is required for all returns. We recommend that you send the package back to us via traceable carrier and to insure the full amount of the merchandise you are sending back to us. We are not responsible for missing packages. Original packaging must be in sellable condition. Please do not use shoe boxes as shipping boxes otherwise your return will be denied.

Exchanges/Refunds are processed within 3 days after we receive the merchandise. You will receive a confirmation by email when your exchanges/refunds are processed. Please allow 2-3 days for your refund to post to your credit card. All exchanges will be processed once the returned item is received. In case merchandise is not available for exchange, you will be reimbursed.

We will refund the credit card you use for the original purchase for the purchase price of the merchandise, excluding shipping cost. Shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error or damaged merchandise. You must include receipt for (ground only) shipping with return or you will not be refunded. We do not refund customs fees for international orders. If merchandise is damaged on the way, please contact us by phone or email upon receiving your order.

Sale merchandise, jewelry, swimwear, beauty/apothecary products, and books are Final Sale. We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

STORE ORDERS/RETURNS
If you purchase an item at our store location our store polices apply. We accept exchanges or returns for store credit with receipt within 7 days of purchase.

SHIPPING
All orders are shipped through UPS on business days (Monday-Friday). Orders placed before 2 PM on business days will begin processing that day, orders placed after 2 PM will begin processing the following business day. Ground orders will be shipped within 48 hours of processing. For overnight service, orders must be submitted Monday-Friday by 11AM. We are unable to ship to PO Box and military addresses.
